WHO pediatricians recommend that children under three years of age should not watch television, laptops, or tablets. In fact, it is very difficult, almost impossible, to implement this in real life, but it is still necessary to minimize the child’s viewing of cartoons. This will be the key to a healthy psyche, rapid development of speech and a calm growing up of the child without hysterics and whims, to the delight of the parents.
